Florida-Day 2 Animal Kingdom

On Wednesday, we headed to Animal Kingdom.  Our first stop was the Safari.  Will and Susan both loved seeing all of the animals in the "wild" and we were lucky enough to see almost all of the animals.  Unfortunately, I was not able to get any pictures of the them because both George and I were busy trying to make sure Will didn't jump out of the jeep and Susan didn't fall out.  So much for the "keep you seat at all times" rule!  After the safari, we walked some of the trails where they had more animals and then headed for DinoLand where we spent the rest of the day.

Monkey see, monkey do...

At DinoLand they had a really neat area where the kids could "dig" for dinosaur bones.  Here are Will and Tyler on their excavation.

Instead of sand, the dig area was filled with tiny pebbles.  It was great because they were easy to brush off of the kids and didn't stick everywhere.  Susan had a great time throwing hand-fulls up into the air and letting it "rain" down on top of her.

On our way out of the park, we stopped to have some pictures made with the characters.
